CANCELLATION POLICY

I acknowledge and agree that I must provide at least twenty-four (24) hours notice to the Salon prior to cancelling, or changing my appointment and that the Salon may refuse future services if I fail to provide such notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to a charge of 50% of the service fee. No-show reservations are subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the service appointment. I further acknowledge and agree that the Salon reserves the right to reschedule my appointment if I arrive more than fifteen (15) minutes after my scheduled appointment time.
