Melt: A blend between Spark & Reflect, there is a sequence to build body heat, but moves slower than Spark & faster than Melt. Spark: A beginner class with a classic Vinyasa flow format. Ascend: A non-movement based class that encourages stillness and reflection with a guided meditation. Blaze: Yoga for athletes & intermediate yoga practitioners. This class includes longer holds, more advanced poses, & more heat within as we work through powerful vinyasa flows. This incorporates an even mix between cardio and strength training.
