I, ______________________ am hereby indicating my intention to support a waiver allowing the local NYS licensed cannabis farmers to legally distribute licensed cannabis goods to Empire Cannabis Clubs in exchange for financial compensation. This waiver will be put in place to allow assistance with the 2022 - 2023 cannabis harvest or until licensed retail establishments are available for distribution.
I, full name the undersigned, a NYS resident 21+ of age, petition to have the name of Empire Cannabis Clubs designated as a verified reseller for all NYS licensed cannabis grown by NYS licensed cannabis farmers for 2022 - 2023 season.
