    Facility use is currently limited to members only.  For all private events (e.g., baby showers, weddings, funerals, and the like) please fill out the form and someone from our administration team will be in touch.
  • Facility Usage Costs and Schedule of Fees:

     

    Fees for 1 Building (1-4 hours of usage):

  • Building Fee Notes

     

    A 10% discount will be applied if two or more buildings are reserved. A Building Facilitator will be provided for you and must remain on the premises for the duration of the event (including setup and breakdown). User will pay the Building Facilitator directly. Charges begin from the time of entry to the facility until the Facility Coordinator locks up the building.

     

    Payment Schedule

     

    A Security Deposit of $500.00, by check, is required of all users, and is due with the submission of this contract.  Reservations on North River’s platform will be made once the deposit check is received. North River will return the total deposit if no damage occurs (in North River’s sole discretion) and no extra cleaning or event breakdown is required. The total event fee is due no later than 45 days before the event or immediately if the reservation is made within 45 days.

     

    Cancelation Policy

     

    In the event of a cancellation between 45 days and 30 days in advance, 90% of the total event fee is refundable. If cancelled fewer than 30 days of the event, 50% of the total event fee will be forfeited. Refunds will be made within 30 days of event cancellation.
