It is a requirement that, prior to the baptism of your child, both parents attend a compulsory Baptism Preparation Course. Sponsors and godparents are invited to attend the course as well.

Anyone applying for the child to be baptized must be a member in good standing (attending services, being a faithful Dedicated Giver/Pledger and participating in their respective blocks).

Guardian/Sponsor/Godparent, please note:

You sponsor the admission of the child into the fellowship of this church (parish).It is therefore a requirement that:

• at least one of the parents is a believing Christian, involved in the life of this parish;
• all sponsors are baptised, believing Christians (preferably Anglicans) who accept the soundness of infant baptism, and are involved in the life of their own church;
• it is a requirement that all sessions are attended, so please book the dates in your diary.
