Hi there! We are now accepting new client request forms to make it easier before booking your appointments. This makes it to where I can see if your desired color is a good match with my style and techniques. These are required for new clients only and we will read over them and send you a message via text or Instagram to book your appointment through instagram or our website using the “Book Now” button!

Please give me a detailed description on your color history. Example: What service you typically get done or any (artificial hair color / box dye in the last 3 years). Please be honest as this will help me keep your hair as healthy as possible through your coloring service.

*Please note that not every inspirational photo can be achieved in one session. It takes multi sessions in certain cases. Inspiration photos are ideas or goals. Not to be duplicated exactly, as to everyone’s hair is different. I will always try my best to get very close to what you want to achieve.

It is required to cancel/reschedule your appointment 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Failure to do so, you will be charged a 50% fee of your scheduled service. If for some reason I have to charge you a cancellation or no-show fee (a fee of 50% of scheduled service) it is required to be sent. If not paid, I will not book you any future appointments.

FOR BOOKING WITH CHLOE- Due to clients not paying a cancellation as agreed upon on, I will now require a card of file to book your appointment. Your card WILL NOT be charged unless you have not sent your cancellation fee within 3 days. I hope you can understand as this is how I make my income for my family, bills, etc. 🤍
