    This form is to signal interest and apply to be considered as a vendor. Filling out this form does not guarantee approval.

    Vendor Approval or Denial may not happen right away. 

    Vendors go through a selection process to ensure we have a good choice of tables to pick through. We are looking for an array of different businesses, that have different things to offer from one another. 

    Because of this, we may wait until we have options to choose from before accepting your application. 

    We also highly consider things like table appearence and professionalism when choosing. 

    GAAS prefers that our vendors will have an element that attracts potential customers, and online engagement to promote your presence at our events. 

    Once we confirm you are approved, we will send you a current floorplan map of availible and reserved tables, you can choose your spot from the map. And then you will be sent a link to pay by Card or PayPal. 

    Your table is only considered officially reserved once payment is recieved. 

  • Tablecloth Options


    Buy - White disposable tablecloth (you throw away at end of day) 

    Rental - Black spandex fabric tablecloth (Must return to GAAS at end of event) 

     

    $5.00 per tablecloth 

  • Tables are 6x2 plastic folding tables unless otherwise specified. 
    There is only a few feet of standing room around the back and sides of tables. Please consider purchasing an additional table if you'd like more space around your area. 

    These folding tables cannot bear the weight of really large tanks filled with water.

    Please plan accordingly and bring stands for larger tanks. 

    Tank stands 20gal and under are welcome. Please ask about bringing stands larger than 20 gallons.

    Tables include 3 total adult general admission tickets, including sellers, table operators, business owners, and guests. If there is going to be more than one person at the table, the additional names need to be submitted. You can email this information to gaastx@gmail.com or enter here. 

  • All individuals or companies selling at this event must go through the vendor application and approval process. 

    You are allowed to split a table with someone, however both parties must submit a form and receive approval. 

    If someone approaches you about sharing a table, please refer them to the vendor form or a GAAS representative. 

    We will reach out to you regarding approval or denial.
