EVENT REGULATIONS
ENTRY DEADLINE: Tuesday, 13 February 2024 at 5pm
• Withdrawal after the deadline will incur a penalty of Entry Fee x 2
• Withdrawal after the draw has been posted will incur a penalty of Entry Fee x 3
• Entry Fee: $205 per member.
• All players will receive a minimum of 2 matches unless you are a seeded player.
• The Assistant Tennis Director (Nicolas Stanajic) will send the draw and time schedule by email the Thursday 6pm prior to the event and draws/times will be posted outside Sports Desk.
• Players must be the required age as of 31/12/2024
• Players may enter a MAX of ONE event (i.e. one age group)
5 Day Member Regulations
5 Day members entered must follow the conditions below:
- Register at reception upon arrival.
- Only the participating player may come to the club & only on the day(s) he/she actually has a match.
- No family members or guests permitted.
- May use F&B outlets on the day.
- No parking is permitted.
By submitting this application, I agree that the event fees will be charged to my Club account as stated above and understand the cancellation policy as stated above. I also acknowledge I am taking part in this activity at my own risk, and that the LRC and its staff/contractors are not liable for any injury/accident to me, however caused.
