I agree that the animal is being adopted for myself and will not be sold, adopted or given to another party or rescue. I agree that the animal will not be allowed outdoors without supervision and/or a safe place to go ( out of elements/danger etc). Feline's only: I agree I will not de-claw the animal. I agree to be fully responsible for the care of the animal in a humane manner. To provide a loving home, food, water medical care as needed, to treat the animal like a family member. I understand that I must 18 years of age or older to qualify to adopt any animal, from any rescue or shelter. I agree and understand that adoption of a rescued animal, Through Your Pets Eyes Rescue cannot guarantee, temperment, behavior and/or long term health of the animal and is not responsible for future damages or injuries caused by the animal. I agree and understand that for any reason, at any time that I cannot keep the animal. The animal must be returned back to us at, Through Your Pets Eyes Rescue, and that ALL FEE’S ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. I agree and understand that I will notify Through Your Pets Eyes Rescue of any address or phone number changes. The adopter shall also agree to a home check and/or a follow up visit. Adoption Fee for Cats/Kittens is $200 this is NON-REFUNDABLE Includes spay/neuter/tattoo or chip/first vaccinations( with the exception of our barn buddy program which cats come fixed/microchipped and is by donation. Any further vet treatments/food will be the responsibility of the adopters and the adopter acknowledges this. PLEASE NOTE: Any Booster vaccines that are needed will be the sole responsibility of the new owners. I agree that all above statements are true and agree to the terms and conditions.
