Defining and organizing our individual team skills allows us to see where our team is strong, and where we may need to add new skills.

  • Why Does This Matter?

The first step in building a successful team is to understand the team that we have, what skills we currently have, and where we may need to add new skills via training or new hires.

It is not important that an individual possess all of these skills, or be great at many of them, but each skill can provide great value to the team.
