• CHURCH EVANGELISM BOARD EXPANSION AND EVANGELISM PROGRAM(CEBEEP)

    The National Church Evangelism and Mission Board (NCE&MB) has established the CEBEEP as a means of accomplishing its goals and objectives for church expansion. The presiding Bishop of the Diocese for the applicant shall certify and ensure that the qualifications below have been completed. The application deadline is May 31st (annually) to be considered for the following year.
  • Qualifications for Participating Ministers

    The Minister must be in good standing with the Church of Christ (Holiness) U.S.A.The Minister must have and maintain a reputation above reproach.If married, his wife must be in full accord with and willing to help him in his endeavors.He must be loyal and supportive of the Church of Christ (Holiness) U.S.A. on the Local, District, Diocese and National levels.He must be a man of vision.If he has a job, it must not interfere with the duties of his work in the church (e.g. nights and Sundays).He must be examined by and meet the approval of the National Church Evangelism and Mission Board.He must be appointed to the Church on a yearly basis for maximum of three consecutive years.The minister must be licensed at the time the completed application is submitted.The church must submit an annual financial report with the CEBEEP application. 
  • Rules For Starting New Churches with the Church Evangelism Board Support

    1. The Presiding Bishop of the respective diocese must target the city and location for beginning the new church.
    2. The Diocese must provide all necessary funding for rent, utilities, etc. until the new church is able to support itself and must supply the documentation of support to the NCE&MB.
    3. All offerings must be deposited in the Diocese Mission treasury until the new church is ready to purchase or lease a worship site; documentation must be supplied to the Church Evangelism Board.
    4. The new church should be in proximity to one or more established churches for moral support. If the new church is not in close proximity to an established church and the presiding Bishop of the respective diocese gives assurance that moral support can be provided to the new church, the NCE&MB may provide support.
    5. The Bishop of the Diocese must arrange for at least three people from an established church (s) to be present at Sunday Worship Services for moral support.
    6. The new church must have and submit plans for at least two evangelistic campaigns annually. The second campaign may be funded by the Church Evangelism Board.
    7. Each Minister selected will receive $1000.00 per month from the NCE&MB as support while overseeing the new church.
    8. An application must be submitted annually.
    9. The NCE&MB will annually review the need for financial support.
    10. If at anytime the NCE&MB determines that the minister’s ability is inadequate to advance the new church, the Board may discuss the issue with the Presiding Bishop of the Diocese. If after discussing the issue, if the condition does not improve, the NCE&MB will discontinue its support.
    11. If a complete application and documentation are not received by the deadline date, the application will not be processed.
