1. Important: All returns and exchanges of new and unused products must be made within 30 days of date of purchase. **Buyer's remorse is not an acceptable claim and will be denied.
2. Product must be returned, unused and in the original condition as it was received, directly to the seller. The cost of the return shipping is at the consumer’s expense and is non‐refundable.
3. The consumer must contact the point of purchase and provide a copy of the proof of purchase. As this product is in new condition and is resalable as a new product the seller should return the product to inventory and sell it as new. BWT does not provide credit for these types of returns/exchanges.
4. In case of faulty or defective product within 30 days of date of purchase, consumer will be entitled for a refund / exchange. The product must be returned complete, with all parts and accessories as it was purchased, directly to the seller.
5. The seller will be required to fill out a return form which must include a copy of the proof of purchase. In both cases, the consumer must present proof of purchase to avail such exchange or refund. Any return or exchange request must be made between the consumer and the seller only. Manufacturer credit will be given to its customers and distributors only.
6. Beyond 30 days of ownership, refunds and exchanges of defective products are not accepted. These products shall be repaired according to the Limited Warranty. If warranty service is needed, the product shall be returned to an Authorized Dealer or an Authorized Service Center for repair. 7. If an Authorized Dealer is not available locally, the consumer will be required to pack the product either in the original packaging or in an equally protective package for shipping to the nearest authorized service center. The service center shall strive to repair or replace any product returned under the warranty, in a reasonable turn‐around time. If the product must be shipped to a service center within the first 90 days of ownership a shipping label will be provided by BWT Pool Products US. Beyond 90 days of ownership the shipping and associated shipping expenses to the Authorized Service Center will be the consumer’s responsibility.
