The purpose of the journal is to help you follow your own body process and keep a recording of the changes as well as supporting you to:
1. Self manage and self regulate your own use of TRE.
2. Integrate the changes that arise as a result of using TRE.
3. Recognizing and understanding the impact of TRE in your body and your life.
This includes and is not limited to:
1. Recognizing shifts during the TRE process.
2. Recognizing shifts between TRE sessions.
