Terms & Conditions
- Full fees will apply for all participants signed up but who are unable to attend. There will be no pro-rating in the event that participants are absent or late for any part of the programme.
- Activities are subject to change without prior notice due to unforeseen circumstances.
Registration
- Registration is only via this online form on Little Day Out's website.
- All registrations must be completed and payment must be received within 24 hours before your booking is confirmed.
- An acknowledgement email will be sent to you once your payment is received.
- Confirmation details including where to meet and what to bring will be emailed and sent via Whatsapp to you 2 to 5 days before the event. If you do not receive it in your email inbox or via WhatsApp, kindly check your Spam folder or add 9346 5138 to your contact list.
Cancellations
- For cancellations made 48 hours or less before the start of the Outing, the full fees will apply.
Personal Responsibility
- All participants (adults/ children/ parents/ caregivers/ guardians) have to take personal responsibility for your own safety and that of your charges (the children under you).
- The organisers are not liable for any injuries suffered and will not entertain any claims.
Informed Consent and Acknowledgement
I hereby give my approval for my child's/family's participation in any and all activities prepared by Little Day Out during the selected Adventure. In exchange for the acceptance of said child's/family's candidacy by Little Day Out, I assume all risks and hazards incidental to the conduct of the activities, and release, absolve and hold harmless Little Day Out, its parent companies - Big Little Company Pte. Ltd. and Big Little Adventures Pte. Ltd., its partners for these Adventures and all its respective employees, officers, agents and representatives from any and all liability for any death, injury, damage, or loss suffered or caused to the said child/children/adult arising out of participating in selected Adventure sessions conducted.
I hereby undertake to indemnify Big Little Company, the publisher of Little Day Out, and Big Little Adventures, the organising team, including all trainers, coaches and partners, all participants, sponsoring agencies, advertisers, and, if applicable, owners and lessors of premises used to conduct the Adventure, against all claims brought against them arising out of death, injury or loss suffered or caused in the course of participation and includes all costs and expenses incurred as a result of such claims, including but not limited to any penalties or damages to equipment, property or facility within the Company and/or any offsite venues.
