On Tuesday, November 15 EPIC is holding a Feedback-Forum on experiences to date with Columbia University’s new health insurance coverage system for retirees (VIA). This survey will help us prepare for the Forum. We would appreciate hearing from you by Friday, Nov. 12.
Do not be alarmed by our survey deadline: The VIA-Columbia deadline (in order to receive your CU subsidy) is November 30 and the general US deadline for enrollment in Medicare insurance is December 7.
