2023 Day Camp Session Dates

2023 Activities

Cohorts (cabin groups) attend activities together. Campers be assigned to a specific cohort for their week at camp.

2023 Rates

Fees are per session
Sessions 1D to 5D: $650/per session HST exempt

Short week Session 6D: $520 HST exempt

Riding Program: $140/per session + HST *3 lessons

Riding Short week: 6D only $94.00 + HST * 2 lessons

Paintball Program: $40/per session + HST *2 lessons

Riding Helmet Rental: $15/per session + HST

Extra Paintballs: $18/per 100 + HST

Hollows Camp T-Shirt: $35/per shirt + HST *Please note size

COVID Waiver and Policies
COVID WAIVER/POLICY:

I acknowledge the contagious nature of the Coronavirus/COVID-19 and that the Ontario public
health authorities recommend practicing social distancing.

I further acknowledge that The Hollows
Camp Ltd. has put in place preventative measures to reduce the spread of the Coronavirus/COVID-19.

I further acknowledge that The Hollows Camp Ltd. can not guarantee that my child or myself/family will
not become infected with the Coronavirus/Covid-19.

I understand that the risk of becoming exposed to
and/or becoming infected by the Coronavirus/COVID-19 may result from the actions, omissions, or
negligence of myself and others, including, but not limited to, camp staff, other campers, and camper
parents and/or their families.

I have voluntarily engaged in the day camp services provided by The Hollows Camp Ltd. for my child/children and acknowledge that this may increase my risk as well as their risk of exposure to the Coronavirus/COVID-19.

I acknowledge that I and my child/children must comply with all set procedures to reduce the spread while dropping off, picking up, or attending day camp at The Hollows Camp Ltd.

I agree to adhere to the public health COVID – 19 regulations put forward by the Simcoe Muskoka District
Health Unit pertaining to: contact tracing, masks, social distancing, and vaccinations, that are in place at
the time my child attends camp.

2023 Terms & Conditions
Please note: Day Camp fees are HST exempt. HST will be calculated for additional purchase items chosen upon invoicing.

All general camp information (directions, times, what to bring, etc.) will be emailed two weeks prior to your camper's session.

Cancellations are subject to a $150.00 + HST administration fee. Adjustments cannot be made for late arrivals or early departures. All funds are non-refundable after April 1st 2023. All funds after this date cannot be refunded under any circumstance.

Day camper drop off time is 9:00 am and pick up time is 4:00
pm. Your camper will be met by their cohort leader. Only campers are allowed outside of the parking area. Parents, please do not accompany your child into the check-in area.

Link to the camper Medical Form will be available to you immediately after registration. Please not that we must have your camper's completed Medical Form in order to fully process your registration.

You will be invoiced once we have received both your registration and medical/personal forms.
