Access is not permitted in Cove office or to use of any Cove beverage supplies. Renter agrees to provide their own paper products unless a beverage package is purchased.

Fee to rent this facility is $50/hour (set up/clean up excluded from fees).

A damage deposit of $50 is due prior to event and returned after event is completed and no damage has occurred.
