• Notice of Maladministration

    Notice to Agent is Notice to Principal and Notice to Principal is Notice to Agent

    I, one of the people of the 50 American States, (as seen in Article 1 Section 1 of the Wisconsin State Constitution) republican in form, Sui Juris, am serving you with this Notice so that you and your agents may provide immediate due care;

    Please take Notice that the People have assembled together for our common good and wish to address the maladministration of our elected trustees. Our elected servants have continued to ignore the peoples demands to secure our elections and deal with bad actors that believe they can continue to breach and violate their contract with the people. The Legislature has refused to correct, remove and prosecute those that exercised an abuse of power, nor have they taken the appropriate actions to remove the processes that did not follow the form of law. These blatant acts of maladministration have led to the nullified 2020 election and are a direct trespass on the People’s right to have free and fair elections. The neglect of the legislature in these matters has allowed room for a nullified 2022 election as election laws are continuously being violated--the use of ballot boxes in the form of mobile drop boxes via a van paid for with taxpayer money, the continued security breaches in the myvote system to obtain absentee ballots, and the most recent security issues with internet connections when sending voter data through the contract with Konnech. Therefore, it is the intent of the People to make changes to our form of government to protect the body politic.

    Please take Notice that the People understand that they have all political power and authority over their elected servants and that they are at all times amenable to them. Whenever any magistrate violates their oath to the People, we have the power and right to remove them and their processes, without any interference, in whatever manner we agree and find expedient. We the People know that our power is reserved and that in a republic we do not have to wait for an election to remove any bad government officials who are acting outside of their limited powers. (See evidence below)

    Wisconsin Constitution Article 1 Section 1:
    “All people are born equally free and independent, and have certain inherent rights, among these are life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness; to secure these rights, governments are instituted , deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed.”

    Virginia Constitution Article 1 Section 2:
    “That all power is vested in and consequently derived from, the people, that magistrates are their trustees and servants, and at all times amenable to them.”

    Virginia Constitution Article 1 Section 3:
    “That government is or ought to be, instituted for the common benefit, protection, and security of the people, nation, or community; of all the various modes and forms of government , that is best which is capable of producing the greatest degree of happiness and safety , and is most effectually secured against the danger of maladministration; and whenever any government shall be found inadequate or contrary to these purposes, a majority of the community has an indubitable, inalienable, and indefeasible right to reform, alter, or abolish it, in such manor as shall be judged most conductive to the public weal.”

Do you understand that your oath is indivisible and cannot be held as partly true or partly false? Please show where in the Constitution you were granted the authority to override the wishes and demands of the Peoples and trespass on any rights reserved to them. (See evidence below)

    Wisconsin Constitution Article 4 Section 28:
    “Members of the legislature, and all officers, executive and judicial, except such inferior officers, as may be by law exempted, shall before they enter upon the duties of their respective offices, take and subscribe an oath, or affirmation to support the constitution of the United States and the constitution of the state of Wisconsin, and faithfully to discharge the duties of their respective offices to the best of their ability.”

    Please take Notice that the People have a reserved right to gain remedy for all wrongs, completely without denial, given promptly without delay. The legislature has acquiesced in agreement to the People's instructions, claims and demands to fix any unlawful forms used, and provided no remedy for 2020 Election. As the People we have the inherent right and authority to have our servants correct all issues and remedy all wrongs done to the people. (See evidence below)

    Please take final Notice that it is my wish, order, and demand, that all Trustees, Servants, Agents, and BAR members are to immediately stop blocking and interfering in the People’s Inherent rights, including the right to remove and correct election processes and officers in danger of or acting in maladministration against the People and their right to have lawful elections. Any man or woman who decides to suppress this Notice agrees to pay $500,000 per infraction, and any disputes by any public officials or private actors who are bound by contract to the Wisconsin Constitution agrees to have these matters heard before an arbitrator of my choice and bound thereby. If you believe any of the above claims are untrue or that you have authority to override the People’s power as a Public Servant, Private Actor, or Corporation and infringe on the People’s rights, please show where you were granted these Constitutional Authorities. All responses must be submitted by affidavit, sworn under penalty of perjury, within 5 days of receiving this Notice or you agree by acquiescence, all statements in this Notice to be true and fact. Furthermore, you agree that you are acting with full intent, knowledge, and malice by trespassing on the rights of the People, and no court shall be able to rehear this matter, but it shall stand as evidence, truth and law in all courts of record. Please send your affidavit via certified mail to the sender of this notice and post publicly on your government website including any social media or other public platforms.

    This Notice is sent to you in peace and with the love of Christ, so that you may provide due care to those who have all political power, the People.
