  • Exhibitor Tutorial Multi-Speaker Presenter Agreement & Application

    All submissions due no later than May 16, 2023. However, when you provide session details, the session will be included on the HITEC Event Schedule.
  • Overview:

    Two stages (A and B) on expo floor. Show Management will assign stage.
  • The Exhibitor Tutorial area will be set theater style with appropriate staging and microphone(s) [podium mic and lavalier mic], audio speakers and a digital display for presentation.

    The presenter is responsible for using their own laptop computer with the appropriate software loaded for their presentation.

    Any additional AV needed for the presentation, such as a specific connection cables or dongles, additional microphones, etc. will be the responsibility of the exhibiting company or presenter.

  • What is Included?

  • The Exhibitor Tutorial session details and description will be promoted within the HITEC educational program, website and mobile app. There will also be signage located at the Exhibitor Tutorials area, promoting the sessions. The presenter will be listed with in the HITEC educational program's speakers list, website and mobile app. The presenter must be registered as an exhibitor.  The exhibitor can elect to use one from the company allotment, or purchase an exhibitor badge.

    The Exhibitor Tutorials educational session area will be set theater style, with appropriate staging and microphones, audio speakers, and digital displays for the presentation.

    Please note that any additional audio visual needs or internet for the session, etc., will be at the additional expense of the exhibiting or sponsoring company presenting the session.  HFTP will provide the appropriate service providers company's contact information if additional orders are needed.

    Please note that HFTP, producers of HITEC, does not compensate speakers to participate. Presenter is responsible for providing their own laptop, appropriate software and connection cables for their presentation. Any additional AV, internet or services orders required for the session will be at the exhibiting company’s expense.

    The presenter is responsible for using their own laptop computer with the appropriate software loaded for their presentation.

    Any additional AV needed for the presentation, such as a specific connection cables or dongles, will be the responsibility of the exhibiting company or presenter.
