CANCEL
If you need to cancel or make a change, please do so at least 12 hours before your scheduled appointment.
Appointments cancelled less than 8 hours prior will result in a forfeiture of 50% of service payment total.
NO-SHOW
If you completely miss your appointment, you will be charged 100% of your booked service. Appointments cancelled within 4 hours of appointment start-time, at the appointment start-time, or anytime after your scheduled appointment time will be considered a no-show.
GRACE PERIOD
Studio If you are running late to your appointment, are non-responsive to calls/texts, your artist reserves the right to not provide service after five minutes of the appointment start time and will be considered a no-show.
Mobile If you are running late to your mobile appointment, are non-responsive to calls/texts, and/or not available to let your artist in to the agreed upon mobile location, your artist reserves the right to leave the mobile location and not provide service after ten minutes of the appointment start time and will be considered a no-show.
TAN LINES
Males of any age and girls under the age of 18 are required to wear undergarments during their appointment. No exceptions.
AFTER HOURS
Any services booked after hours, Monday - Thursday, will be subject to an additional $20 fee. Any services booked after hours, Friday - Sunday, will be subject to an additional $30 fee.
REFUNDS
All services are final sale. Shore Thing Tans strives to create and deliver an exemplary service. Please speak to Robin directly if you have any concerns.
