1. SunDaze Spray Tans solutions, like any self-tanner will NOT prevent your skin from burning in tanning beds or sun. Please take proper precautions when in UV light exposure. If there IS ANY CHANCE you have had a sunbum in the last 4-6 weeks before your spray tan, know that I WILL NOT PROVIDE a tan. Spray tans and Sunburns do not go together and can most likely cause skin to peel quicker and will leave unwanted, unappealing looking skin/tan. 2. Maintaining your color is possible with subsequent visits. Healthy, hydrated skin will hold results longer and achieve color faster. 3. For best results, it is recommended to wait a minimum of 12 hours (Regular solution) or 1-3 hours (rapid solution) for optimal results after the sunless spray tanning session before showering or engaging in any activity that will cause you to perspire. This will allow your sunless spray tan to fully develop and will ensure the longest results. 4. The Technician is trained to provide as even a tan as possible. However, it is possible you will find areas of your tan lighter than others. In most cases, these differences are minor and disappear after a couple of sessions 5. All the components of SunDaze Spray Tans tanning solutions have been used in cosmetics and food products for decades and have proven to be sate for the skin. If you had any adverse effects using self-tanning products or moisturizers you will probably experience similar effects with the solutions used by SunDaze Spray Tans. 6. DHA has been approved for external application to your skin. It is best to close your eyes and hold your breath, while the technician sprays the areas of your face. 7. Medicated face wash or prescriptions- these WILL cause issues on your face and could on body. If you are taking/using anything it is best to stop 1 week prior to prevent any issues with the application of the Sunless tan. 8.The solution can not penetrate hair follicles. There have been no cases where tanning solution has changed the color of anyone's hair. 9. If you have any history of asthma or respiratory conditions that could be aggravated by the use of a sunless tanning session (due to DHA products), Please contact your physician before using it and be sure to advise us of any past allergic reactions. 10. If you are pregnant you need a release form from your doctor stating you have their permission to be airbrushed. We do not airbrush women in their first trimester of pregnancy. 11. If you have a diabetic condition, please consult with your health care provider before your sunless spray tanning session. 1, the undersigned, understand and will comply with all instructions and have been properly instructed prior to my Sunless Session with SunDaze Spray Tans. I am using services at my own risk. I hereby authorize employees of the salon to perform such tanning procedures as may be deemed necessary advisable, and have provided them with the above information required. I hereby relieve SunDaze Spray Tans, as well as employees, hold them harmless from any liability involved in the use of the tanning process. The Business and their employees are not liable for injury to person or property or the loss or theft of any personal property.
AFTER TAN ISSUES - There is a 24 hour time frame window which must include a dated and time stamped photos of any issues or complaints about your spray tan. SunDaze Spray Tans IS NOT responsible for any client error. There will be NO REFUND
