Terms and Conditions
As a Big Kid Events approved vendor you must comply with the below requirements:
Schedule of Fees: A trading fee of $25+GST must be paid seven days prior to each event.
All employees have completed the required Covid 19 training.
Ensure all equipment is compliant to Australian Standards.
Ensure all electrical equipment is tested and tagged.
Provide up to date licences and insurance certificates of currency.
Maintain proactive relationships and work in collaboration with the event manager and approved vendors.
Promote and demonstrate a positive brand.
Maintain a high standard of customer service.
Provide a unique service to the community.
Arrive on time, ready to trade a minimum of 30mins prior to trade time.
Assist with event promotion, share and boost advertising on social media.
We have a no cancellation policy, we won’t cancel events with the exception of unsafe weather.
Please note, by applying to trade with Big Kid Events you acknowledge that you have read and agree with the terms in this agreement.
