Justin brings a unique combination of workforce development experience, higher education knowledge, and firsthand experience in the construction industry. He is passionate about helping people discover and use their natural skills and strengths to become more effective in their work—and helping businesses build stronger teams.
Having also worked with both the Oklahoma Department of Career & Technology Education and Oklahoma State University, Justin understands workforce development from multiple perspectives. Growing up in the construction industry also gives him firsthand insight into the realities of managing customer expectations, developing team members, and running a small business.
