Welcome back Volunteers! Thank you again for giving up your time to assist us with the Beachy Head Marathon Events in 2023. If you've volunteered with us before, you'll know it is an incredibly unique & rewarding experience, giving you the chance to bring the event to life for our fantastic participants - whether you're marshalling the course and start/finish line, giving out medals to finishers, assisting in the food hall or water stations, there is a role for everyone!

Beachy Head Ultra, Marathon & 10k - Saturday 21st October 2023 Beachy Head Half Marathon - Sunday 22nd October 2023

Event starting times:

Runners set off for both the marathon and ultra race at 08.00am on Saturday. The Ultra course will follow the marathon route, with an added 10k course at the end.

The 10k race will set off later at 08.20am on Saturday.

The Half Marathon on Sunday will set off at 08.00am.

Once all applications have been processed and positions allocated, a volunteers briefing will take place online via Microsoft Teams at 18:00 Monday the 16th of October. A link to this meeting will be sent to all volunteers via email nearer the time. It is advisable to have the free Microsoft Teams application downloaded in advance to your PC/Laptop/Mobile or Tablet.

Your allocated volunteer position will be sent to you in an email.

Hoodie collection and volunteer packs will be distributed to all volunteers from the International Lawns Tennis Centre (Ground Floor) between 08:00 - 18:30 on Tuesday the 17th of October.

Beachy Head Marathon, Ultra, 10k & Half Marathon Volunteer Application 2023
