  • Animal Sales Agreement

     We will not hold an animal for more than 24hrs with out a deposit. A 25% deposit is required to hold your animal. If anything happens to your animal while it is still in our care we will offer a replacement animal or a refund. Your animal must be picked up within 48hrs of the agreed pick up date, a $5 a day boarding fee for EACH animal that remains in our care past the 48 hours will be added to your balance. If you do not make alternative plans for pick up after we contact you, you will forfeit the deposit and animal will be offered to the next buyer. Any animal that leaves our farm will be healthy and in good condition to the best of my knowledge. Please look over the animal before loading. We are NOT responsible for any vet fees once the animal leaves our farm or if animal is injured during loading. We have the right to refuse loading animal into unsafe containers. We will offer to deliver with added fees or buyer can make arrangements to pick up when a suitable container is available. The above stated boarding fees will incur.  Returns- If for any reason you can no longer care for your animal, we will take the animal back at NO charge. Payment methods accepted include-PayPal, Venmo, cash app, and Cash. By continuing to purchase your animal is evidence that you agree with this written agreement.  ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
