As a Wireless Retail Store Manager, you will develop, lead and inspire a team of diverse, energetic and goal-oriented sales associates. Your role includes being a brand ambassador for AT&T and Diversity Wireless for the community in which your location serves.     This is all YOU need to succeed:

    2 or more years of Management Experience in retail and or wireless retail sales is a must-have
    2 year or more of higher education
    Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred
    Ability to lift, push or pull up to 50 lbs
    Proven track record of employee development and sales goal attainment
    Strong communications, mathematics and computer use skills
    Availability to support retail hours including nights, weekends and holidays
    The ability to inspire your team and a passion for delivering incredible customer experience.
