Technology Showcase Overview
Technology Showcase sessions are open to all HITEC exhibitors and sponsoring companies - Share your company’s valuable, industry knowledge with HITEC attendees! This is an excellent opportunity to invite prospects or clients who are using your products and services to explain their application and benefits - which is open to all HITEC attendees in an educational setting.

Technology Showcase sessions are held within education blocks during HITEC.

There will be five (5), 50-minute sessions available and they will be assigned on a first come basis, by order of first time slot to contracted, paid in full, HITEC exhibitors.

Technology Showcase sessions are limited educational opportunities that are held in an educational session room, with a stage, podium, microphone(s) and a LCD projector and screen for the presentation.
What is Included?
The Technology Showcase session details and description will be promoted within the HITEC educational program, website and mobile app.

The presenter will be listed within the HITEC educational program's speakers list, website and mobile app as well.

The presenter listed on the application must be registered as an exhibitor. The exhibitor can elect to use one badge from the company allocation, or purchase a badge if needed. HFTP, producers of HITEC, does not compensate speakers to participate.

There will be signage located outside of the Technology Showcase educational session room, promoting the Technology Showcase sessions.

The Technology Showcase educational session room will be set theater style, with a stage, podium, microphone(s), and a LCD projector and screen for the presentation.

Please note that any additional audio visual needs, internet, or any food and beverage orders for the session, etc., will be at the additional expense of the exhibiting or sponsoring company presenting the session.

HFTP will provide the appropriate service providing company's contact information if additional orders are needed.

Audio/Visual Equipment

The Technology Showcase session room will be set theater style, with a stage, podium, microphone(s) and LCD projector and screen for the presentation. The presenter is responsible for using their own laptop computer with the appropriate software loaded for their presentation. Any additional AV needed for the presentation, such as a specific connection cables or dongles, etc. will be the responsibility of the exhibiting company or presenter.
Audio/Visual Equipment

The presenter will use the standard AV equipment provided in the session room for their presentation.Our presenter does not plan to use any AV for their presentation.Our presenter will need to order additional AV for this session (HFTP will provide the AV company's contact information if this option is selected.)
