Begin the LOC Scholars application process by registering here and providing the contact information of the teacher who will complete your recommendation. You will then receive your applicant ID number and the link to the application by email, and your recommender will be invited to complete your recommendation. Applications and recommendations must be received by February 2, 2026.

LOC Scholars is a one-of-a-kind program that is uniquely designed to support students from middle-income families. To be eligible for LOC Scholars, your family's annual income must be within the range of "middle income" for Los Angeles County, as defined by the US Census Bureau's American Community Survey: $86,545 - $346,180.
