Please note that a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to start working on your masterpiece with a 2-4 week turn around time. The remaining balance is due upon completion when the final artwork update is shared. The Artist agrees to complete and deliver the artwork on or before the 2-4 weeks period. The Artist will share a maximum of 3 sketches for approval and will facilitate a maximum of 2 reviews to make changes to the artwork as requested by client. Client may terminate this Agreement at any time by sending written notice to us via email at thesanctuarybya.p@gmail.com. Upon such termination, Client agrees to compensate Artist as follows: (1) Partial Completion. If Artist has partially completed the work, Client agrees to compensate Artist at twenty percent (20%) of the total compensation in addition to the initial fifty percent (50%) deposit. If this Agreement is terminated by Client after partial completion by Artist, Artist shall retain ownership of all rights of copyright and the original artwork, including but not limited to completed artwork, sketches, and comps. (2) Full Completion. If Artist has completed the finished artwork at the time of cancellation, Client agrees to compensate the Artist in full as otherwise provided in this Agreement. NO REPRODUCTION OF ARTWORK IS PERMITTED. Artist will retain all rights of copyright of the artwork including all reproduction rights and rights to statutory copywrite.
