I confirm that I will be applying for enrollment in an accredited two-or four-year college, university, or vocational/technical school for the 2023 academic year and I am eligible to receive scholarships granted under the program. I understand that should I be selected for a scholarship, I (or my parent /guardian on my behalf) will be required to execute a talent release form prior to the award of any scholarship. I will also be required to participate in virtual media events at selected times to promote the scholarship program and agree that my attendance at such events as a condition of being awarded any scholarship.
