Resort Rules & Policies

1. Valid identification must be presented before proceeding to the designated area of booking.
2. 50% downpayment is required in order to successfully reserve the resort. It shall be deposited through our bank account or GCash account. The deposit slip must be sent to our email or to our official facebook page (Casa Mauricio, DRT Bulacan) for confirmation.
3. A security deposit of 2000PHP shall be paid on top of your accomodation fees. This will be refunded after your stay id the conditions were met.
4. The remaining balance must be paid 2 days before the reserved date of stay.
5. Please be advised that if you cancel, the reservation fee shall be forfeited. It is non-refundable and non-rebookable.
6. Guests can only use the resort for the agreed period. Check-out time must be strictly followed.
7. The caretaker will make an inspection of the premises 30 minutes before your check-out time for any damages. If any, it will be deducted on the security deposit.
8. In the event that the management has already reserved the resort to other guests beforehand, and the guest fails to vacate the resort, the management reserves the right to assist the guest to move out of the resort.
9. The resort will not in any way, be responsible for the loss of guest's belongings or any other property, please lock your cars & rooms at all times.
10. Guests who wish to extend their stay may be accommodated only if the resort is available.
11. Hazardous materials such as gas cylinders, fuels, firearms, fireworks and etc. are strictly prohibited in the resort's premises.
12. Guests shall not move furnishings, or interfere with the electrical network or any other installations in the rooms or on the premises of the resort without the consent of the resort’s management.
13. If the guest becomes ill or injured, the resort can help the provision of medical assistance or, to arrange for the guest to be taken to the hospital, all at the guest’s expenses.
14. Lights and other electrical devices in the room must be switched off when not in use. 
15. Smoking inside the room is prohibited.
16. Do not leave minors without adult’s supervision in the resort.
17. Guests are required to pay for any loss or damage caused to the resort's property.
18. As we treat our guests with respect and courtesy we also request our guests to treat our staff and other guests in the same manner.
19. CCTVs are installed at strategic locations for security purposes.
20. Use of videoke or other sound amplifying equipments prohibited after 12 midnight in accordance to the mandatory law set by the local government.
21. Please do remember that electricity and water pressure may be low at times due to the location of the resort. So please conserve water and energy.
22. Please bear with us for inconviences that may occur due to cause of nature. 
23. Casa Mauricio is a pet-friendly resort. Please, be a responsible owner. 

Pool Rules

1. Use pool at your own risk. We are not responsible for accidents and injuries.
   Wear swimming attire like rash guard, swimming trunks, bathing suit, etc. Strictly no denim and no colored shirts.
2. Take a shower before entering the pool. Proper swimming attire is required.
3. Do not swim if you have infectious or communicable diseases.
4. No running, rough play, or excessive noise in the pool and on the pool deck.
5. Jumping and diving into the pool are not allowed.
6. No spitting, vomiting, spouting of water, or blowing of nose in the pool.
7. Adults with children 12 years of age and younger must supervise their children in the resort at all times, even in the changing rooms.
8. When children 12 years of age and younger are in the water an adult must be in the water within an arm’s reach from them at all times.
9. For every 2 children at least 1 adult should be with them at all times.
10. No pets allowed in the swimming pool.
11. No glass or metal articles in or around the pool area.
12. Food and Drinks are not allowed on the pool area.
