2023 GaNN Membership Application

The Georgia Notary Network, Inc. (GaNN) provides opportunities for Georgia notaries to connect with one another, share information, and refer clients statewide. We collectively work through specific issues that are unique to Georgia in order to improve how we serve the public. Membership is open to ALL Georgia notaries who have been commissioned for at least six months and agree to pay the $150 annual fee upon registering. No Refunds.

I have an active, valid commission as a Notary Public for theState of Georgia.I have been commissioned as a Notary Public for at least six months.I agree to pay an annual fee of $150 no later than Jan 31st.

Please read and accept the following Terms and Conditions for membership. As a member of the Georgia Notary Network, Inc.(GaNN) I acknowledge that upon acceptance to the group, I:

Will uphold the professional standards established by theGSCCCS and the oÎce of the Notary Public․Am currently commissioned as a Georgia Notary Public in good-standing (Commission will be verified through the public search option in the GSCCCA database․)Am willing to work alongside other notaries in GaNN to impact the Georgia notary community.Will not sell personal services or products within the group.Will not post/share products/services/information that will not benefit the notary community.Will treat the GaNN members and platform with respect and willingly build connections, collaborations and community.Will contact the administrators via email at info@ganotarynetwork․com if I am no longer interested in participating in GaNN․
The following will result in the termination of GaNN membership and removal from the organization: (1) Violation of terms and conditions. (2) Inappropriate or unprofessional behavior within the group. (3) Inappropriate or unprofessional behavior that negatively affects your notary public commission.
