By filling out this form, I understand that by accepting a part in an FHT production, I am making a commitment to be on time to all scheduled rehearsals and performances. I am aware that productions at FHT often extend, therefore I will keep the weekend following the scheduled run open for just such an extension. I am also granting permission to FHT to use images of myself from the show for non-profit publicity and marketing purposes.
