WAR Tryouts Registration Form

Thank for your interest in signing your child(ren) up with WAR. Use this form to sign your child up for a skills evaluation for the W.A.R. Athletics basketball organization.

Please note that we will be assessing different things at each tryout date and we request that if possible that your child(ren) attend each scheduled date. A one time tryout fee of $10 will cover attendance for all dates.

There is a one time tryout fee of $10.00. If your child is a returning player, the fee will apply toward the team fee balance. Please indicate below intended method of payment. CashApp and PayPal will pay upon submission of this form.
