Thank for your interest in signing your child(ren) up with WAR. Use this form to sign your child up for a skills evaluation for the W.A.R. Athletics basketball organization.

Please note that we will be assessing different things at each tryout date and we request that if possible that your child(ren) attend each scheduled date. The one time tryout fee will cover attendance for all dates.
