    This New Guest form will take about 8 minutes to detail your hair history and goals so we can best serve you. The more information we have about your lifestyle, scalp health, home care routine, and goals, the better we can meet (and exceed) your expectaions!

    Be sure you can set aside these few minutes to answer without the added pressure of being crunched for time. Getting your hair done should be relaxing, and your experience begins here.

    Before you begin, please take 3 photos of your hair showing the full front, side, and back view of your current hair. Indirect, natural light is best (by a window, out of sun rays). Please do not use old or filtered photos, or photos in direct sun or flourescent/bathroom lighting. 

    • Your Current Hair 
    • Please discontinue use of Shea Moisture/Curlsmith/Shea Butter/Coconut Oil/Avocado Oil products beginning now and leading up to your appointment. These can leave a very distinct buildup on the hair that could potentially prevent us from reaching your cut and color goals. If you need product recommendations in the meantime, please don't hesitate to reach out to wildrosestudioma@gmail.com. Thank you!

      Rescheduling | Cancelling | No-shows

      Due to the length of time most of the services require, a 50% nonrefundable retainer is required for all bookings. Credit cards are stored securely and encrypted through our trusted booking software. 

      Please give the courtesy of 48 hours notice for any reservation changes and cancellations.

      If changes or cancellations are made within 48 hours of the service time, the 50% fee of the scheduled services will be retained and a non-refundable 100% retainer will be required towards your next appointment booking.

      Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in rescheduling your appointment and retaining the 50% deposit.

      If you have a scheduled appointment and do not show up, you will not be allowed to rebook. Thank you for understanding.

      Returns

      Every product carried in the salon and sold directly through our affilaite links is guarenteed. During your service, you will be educated on how much, how often and how to apply each product.

      We would be happy to show you how to use the product again, or you may return a very lightly used product for 50% store credit (within 30 days of purchase).

      We are unable to issue full refunds for any products since we will not be able to use them after they’ve been opened.

      Adjustments

      We want you to be 100% satisfied with your overall experience. We know that your hair is important to you and we want you to be happy from the moment you step through the door until your next scheduled appointment!

      If you are unsatisfied with your experience, we will make any necessary adjustments so you can leave the studio feeling amazing! After all, we are trying to build a long lasting relationship with you and be your trusted artists for life!

      We do not issue refunds. If you are unsatisfied with your hair we are happy to make adjustments for you within 7 days of your initial service date.

      Adjustments will be full price if you, or another professional make any adjustments to the cut/color.

      Services are only guaranteed if you invest in the recommended shampoo and conditioner from the salon (or our affiliate links) directly.

      Your artist will tell you directly if your goal cannot be achieved in one sitting.

      Discriminatory/Derogatory statements & actions are prohibited in the salon and will not be tolerated.
