Rescheduling | Cancelling | No-shows
Due to the length of time most of the services require, a 50% nonrefundable retainer is required for all bookings. Credit cards are stored securely and encrypted through our trusted booking software.
Please give the courtesy of 48 hours notice for any reservation changes and cancellations.
If changes or cancellations are made within 48 hours of the service time, the 50% fee of the scheduled services will be retained and a non-refundable 100% retainer will be required towards your next appointment booking.
Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in rescheduling your appointment and retaining the 50% deposit.
If you have a scheduled appointment and do not show up, you will not be allowed to rebook. Thank you for understanding.
Returns
Every product carried in the salon and sold directly through our affilaite links is guarenteed. During your service, you will be educated on how much, how often and how to apply each product.
We would be happy to show you how to use the product again, or you may return a very lightly used product for 50% store credit (within 30 days of purchase).
We are unable to issue full refunds for any products since we will not be able to use them after they’ve been opened.
Adjustments
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your overall experience. We know that your hair is important to you and we want you to be happy from the moment you step through the door until your next scheduled appointment!
If you are unsatisfied with your experience, we will make any necessary adjustments so you can leave the studio feeling amazing! After all, we are trying to build a long lasting relationship with you and be your trusted artists for life!
We do not issue refunds. If you are unsatisfied with your hair we are happy to make adjustments for you within 7 days of your initial service date.
Adjustments will be full price if you, or another professional make any adjustments to the cut/color.
Services are only guaranteed if you invest in the recommended shampoo and conditioner from the salon (or our affiliate links) directly.
Your artist will tell you directly if your goal cannot be achieved in one sitting.

Discriminatory/Derogatory statements & actions are prohibited in the salon and will not be tolerated.
