Dog / Puppy Foster or Adoption Application

Lora’s Luck Ltd Dog Rescue, Foster and Adoption Service
  • Thank you for considering fostering or adoption through Lora's Luck Dog Rescue! Dogs/puppies are fun, loving, playful, and the best companions ever, but also a lot of time and work, and can be expensive. Before you start this application, please ensure you can fully commit to the care of the dog/puppy before you decide to foster or adopt one.

If you know you are ready to be an LL foster or adopter, please complete this application for adoption form as thoroughly as possible. The form can take up to 20-30 minutes to complete. Once submitted, someone from our team will follow-up with you soon. All questions with a * must be answered.

If you have ANY issues completing the form, please contact us at lorasqueries@outlook.com  and we can offer extra help and support. If you are a previous adopter, please use the above contact link or connect to us in your Facebook Messenger or Teams Support Chat for help and advice.  Where applicable, please tick the option(s) that are the most applicable, or add extra information in the text box provided.

Note: We reserve the right to refuse any adoption that we feel will not suit the dog’s/puppy’s requirements and to offer other options we feel would suit you better, 100% based on the replies on this form.)

We advise you read our blogs and FAQs before you apply. Large print/ printable versions are available at the bottom of our website blogs page https://lorasluck.org/blogs .

If there is not a current match for you, or you haven’t decided which dog is the one for you, we can keep your details on file and update you with new pups you do match with. If you would like to do this, please make sure you tick that box at the end of the form, else your information will not be stored and you will need to apply again, for Data Protection.
