Once order is placed you will receive an invoice to the email you have provided. This invoice will include payment options as well as down below. Payments not made within 24 hours of order will render the order cancelled. This is due to all orders being made to order. Also due to the customized nature of orders all sales are final.
Any items to be dropped off must be dropped off 48 hours or more before delivery or pick up. Drop off information will be included in your invoice.
All items to be stuffed must be less than 3 1/2 inches to be stuffable. Examples of awesome items are: any soft items like blankets and stuffed animals, alot of wine bottles, gift cards, Barbies in classic boxes, alot of candles, flowers, hot wheels cars, and alot of other things.
Delivery or Pick-up can be rescheduled up to one time but must be rescheduled at least 24 hours prior to original pick-up or delivery time.
