Open to all instrumentalists up to 18 years of age, residing in Castro Valley, Dublin, Fremont, Hayward, Livermore, Milpitas, Newark, Pleasanton, San Ramon, Sunol or Union City
Applications must be received by the deadline: March 20th. There is a $45 non-refundable registration fee to submit here. Details regarding payment will be provided following submission of this application. For more information, please visit https://www.bayphil.org/youth.
