If you elect to call the hotel and make your own reservations you will not be given the group rate and you will be on your own.

Rooms rates will be $200 or less including fees and taxes.

Attendees will be responsible for making and paying their own hotel reservation costs and for any cancellation fees.

We understand situations arise. If you need to cancel please contact us at bsptrainer@westcoastpsychotherapy.com as soon as you realize that you need to cancel. Please be sure that you are able to attend 100% all 3 days of the training. All cancellations received by midnight Pacific time Saturday January 14th, 2023 will receive a full refund less a $50 cancellation fee by Tuesday January 31st, 2023. ALL cancellations received after Tuesday January 14th, 2023 will receive a full refund less a $50 cancellation fee as soon as possible and/or by Tuesday March 14th, 2023.

An application will be made for CEs from an ASWB provider. If approved this section will be updated to reflect approved CEs and how to obtain those CEs. There will be an additional cost for CEs.
