Vendor Hold Harmless Agreement All authorized vendors participating in Trill Wellness Market shall be individually and severally responsible to Trill Wellness Market, its board, officers, members, and volunteers for any loss, personal injury, deaths, and/or any other damage that may occur as a result of the vendors' participation in the markets sponsored by Trill Wellness Market, or that of its representatives, agents, and employees. All vendors hereby agree to indemnify and save Trill Wellness Market harmless from any loss, cost, damages, and other expenses, including attorneys' fees, suffered or incurred by Trill Wellness Market by reason of the vendors' participation in the markets sponsored by Trill Wellness Market or that of its volunteers, agents and employees. Trill Wellness Market is not responsible for any penalties due to lack of proper permitting. This agreement is good for all future markets that you attend unless notified by the market manager. Selecting I agree and/or submitting this form is the equivalent to your signature.
