This allows us to assess your hair needs and goals so that we can ensure your initial appointment is booked properly! By completing this form, and booking an appointment you are acknowledging the following policies

Extensions: If you decide at your consultation you would like to move forward with the service there is a retainer fee due to book your appointment. This fee is based off of what your hair goals are and cost of the service. This retainer fee is non refundable.

Cancellations: If you need to cancel or rebook your appointment we require 48 hours notice. Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will have a 50% cancellation fee.

Late Policy: Please try to be prompt for your appointment, we alway try to be on time for you so we ask the same. Out of respect for all of our guests, if you are 10 minutes late or more you may be asked to reschedule and will have the 50% cancellation fee due for the time that was reserved for your appointment

No Call/No Show: All appointments are required to have a credit card on file as part of booking. If you reserve an appointment time with us and do not show up or do not call you will be charged for 50% of the service.
