Breath coaching session:
Soma breath is a powerful meditation technique that uses guided breath sequences to reach deep meditative states. It has been designed by Niraj Naik, a trained pharmacist, using ancient yogic breathing methods which are adapted into a simple and effective program without the requirement for any prior training. All the exercises are based on sound scientific studies which validate the effectiveness of the program.

TRE Session - Trauma/Tension Releasing Exercises
‘TRE’ – is a wonderful, non-invasive form of therapy that once learned becomes a tool for you to use for the rest of your life, enabling you to release deep chronic tension, anxiety, and stress.
TRE works on the physical, mental, and emotional aspects of the human being, restoring harmony and balance.

Craniosacral Therapy Session:
Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy is a safe and gentle restorative treatment that pays special attention to settling the nervous system. Continuous stress compromises the immune system, metabolic balance, and capacity for self-healing to such an extent that between 70 and 90 percent of modern-day diseases can be linked to anxiety and tension.
