Welcome to Epic Training
It is mandatory that all end users receive comprehensive training prior to receiving login rights. Education of end users is one of the most critical components to implementation success, and the ProMedica training team has carefully structured each step to meet the needs of students.
It will be especially important that each student takes ownership of completing their eLearning in order to gain access to Epic on time and as scheduled. Please take a moment to complete this form to gain access to the password for the eLearning modules on the ProMedica.org webpage.
Once you successfully complete this form you will recieve an email from the Epic Training Team with access information to the eLearning. If you do not see the email in your inbox in 5-10 minutes, please check your junk folder. If you have real-time questions, call the Epic Clinical Service Desk Monday-Friday day from 6:30am until 5:30pm and Saturday-Sunday 6:30am - 2:30pm at 567-585-CARE.
