- Summer Storage (Pickup generaly occurs in Late April or May)
  - Student typically stores for 1 semester with delivery in August, but it can sometimes be shorter or longer. This is also for students who need a summer storage pickup in April or May and also are studying abroad in the fall with delivery occuring in January.
- Study-Abroad Storage (Pickup generally occurs in November or December)
  - This is typically for students who are studying abroad in the spring and also need storage through the summer. Student typically stores for 2 semesters with pickup in December and delivery in August, but it can sometimes be shorter or longer.
- Off-Season Storage (Pickup that occurs outside of the standard months)
  - Student typically stores 1 or 2 semesters but it can sometimes be shorter or longer

*Please note - At this time, we are not able to accomodate pickups with large furniture items including but not limited to:
- full/queen mattress, box spring or IKEA/large bed frame, dresser, kitchen table, futon, armchair, loveseat, sofa or sectional couch, large bookshelf, etc.
We are still able to store your boxes, bins, minifridges, mattress pads, etc., however, we are unable to accommodate any further requests that include large furniture items.

Please note that we offer pickups at no additional charge during the finals period, which starts on the final day of classes and commences the day after the last day of final exams. This is our standard pickup window. We are proud to offer the widest standard pickup range of any other company.

An "out of window pickup fee" of $75 will be assessed for any date selected outside of our standard pickup window.
Please note that we are closed and unable to conduct pickups from 5/13/23 - 5/14/23, 5/26/23 - 5/29/23, and 07/01/23-07/09/23. These dates are listed as unavailable on the scheduling calendar.

Please note that at your school, we conduct contactless on-campus pickups after students have left campus. Please have your items packed and ready to go (together and in order INSIDE of your dorm) and lock the door behind you when you leave campus. With the help of ResLife or Campus Safety, our crew will come collect your items after finals end.
