Thank you for booking your Private Paint Party with Vee Castro Art. Our goal is to deliver top notch Art entertainment for your special occasion! Please read the following guidelines to ensure a great Paint Party experience.
Booking and Deposit: A 50% deposit is required to book a Private Paint Party, with the remaining balance due 7 days before the Paint Party. If booking is less than 7 days before the event, the Paint Party balance will be due at booking. Several forms of payment are available for your convenience. Guests: A minimum of 4 painters are required to book a Private Paint Party. Please reserve as close to the number of guests that you anticipate at the time of booking, the final guest count is due 7 days before the event.
Vee Castro Art will Provide:
Canvases, Easels, Paint and palettes, Smocks, Brushes, Cups for cleaning brushes, Paper towel.
White plastic table cloths will be provided.
*If different coloured table cloths are needed please advise and they can be provided at an additional cost*
Cost: TBD
Location: All Parties are held at your location/venue. The host is responsible for providing the venue and securing all details with the selected venue. The host is to provide all necessary tables and chairs for the Paint Party and ensure they are set-up at least 45 minutes prior to the event start time.
The host will also be responsible for ensuring Vee Castro Art has access to the venue atleast 45 minutes before the event. For travel outside of the Vee Castro Art area, please inquire about location, prior to booking as travel fees may be assessed.
Party Time: Party Times are booked in two or three hour sessions. All Parties will start and end on time as specified. Please have your guests arrive 15 minutes before the event. Additional fees ($10 every 15 minutes) will be assessed if the host wants to delay the start of the party and it is not completed within session time specified in this contract.
Cancellation Policy: Deposit is non- refundable. Vee Castro Art will make every effort to keep the event date as agreed; however Vee Castro Art reserves all rights in unforseen circumstances to cancel or postpone the Private Party. In the event this occurs the host will be notified as soon as possible, and all funds and deposits paid will be refunded.
