1. General Information:
● Only handmade products will be considered. No factory manufactured goods will be accepted.
● Booth Size 10’ x 10’
● VENDOR allocated setup and teardown time assigned by the RMF.
● VENDOR is not permitted to setup or take down before or after their scheduled time.
● VENDOR will be granted one (1) parking space free of charge in a designated parking area. Any additional vehicles must park in the general parking lots and pay the corresponding parking fee.
● Any items for sale that were not approved and are not up to the standards set by the Craft Committee will be removed upon request.
● No refunds for booth fees will be given.
● Any exhibitor who leaves prior to the end of the day will not be invited back next year.
● The RMF and Roaring Camp cannot be responsible for any damage or theft from exhibits at the RMF or for vehicles parked in the parking lots.
● Limited overnight security will be provided.
2. VENDOR DUTIES The VENDOR is allowed 8 free admittance passes to the RMF. (Four tickets for Saturday and four tickets for Sunday.) Admittance is not to be given to those not working within the booth.
VENDORS are responsible for promoting the Faire. VENDOR must submit high-resolution images of their product and/or logo along with a brief description below for promotional use.
The VENDOR is responsible for clean-up of the immediate area of responsibility both Saturday and Sunday. VENDOR is responsible for adherence to the Bag Reduction Ordinance (effective March 20, 2012). VENDOR will not provide plastic carryout bags and must charge 25 cents per bag for paper bags provided at the Faire.
3. FEES 10’ x10’ space fee is $300.00. This fee reserves your organization a 10' x 10' space for Saturday, June 3 and Sunday, June 4, 2023. (No rental booths available).
4. PREFERRED LOAD IN/OUT The Faire prefers vendors to do your primary load in on Friday, June 2; you will also have a timeslot to load in on Saturday morning either at 6am or 7:30am. Please choose your preferrence below. Load out is Sunday night after the close of the Faire at 8pm. Vendors have the option to load out on Monday, June 5 between 10am-2pm.
5. HOLD HARMLESS VENDOR shall indemnify and hold harmless the VWC, Director(s), RMF Steering Committee, officers and agents and employees from every claim or demand and every liability, loss, damage or expense of any nature, which arises out of, or in connection with, the performance and operation of the terms of this agreement. The VENDOR, at its own expense, cost and risk shall defend any and all actions, suits or other proceedings that may be brought or instituted against the VWC, Director(s), RMF Steering Committee, officers and agents and employees, or any such claim, demand or liability, and shall pay or satisfy any judgment that may be rendered against the VWC. Director(s), RMF Steering Committee, officers and agents and employees officers, agents or employees in any action, suit, or other proceedings as a result thereof.
6. ASSIGNMENT PROHIBITED VENDOR shall not assign this agreement without the prior written consent of the Faire Director(s).
7. AFFIRMATIVE ACTIONS VENDOR shall actively encourage the participation of all people in its activities and will not discriminate in its membership, employment, contracting or programming on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin or ancestry, sex, handicap, marital status or sexual preference.
