  • Lost and Found:

Suppose you lose an item at any Walt Disney World theme park, Disney Springs, Transportation (including busses, monorails, and watercraft), ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex, or Disney Water Park. The Walt Disney World Resort now uses Chargerback to help track lost and found items. In addition, guests should fill out an online lost item report, available here.

Once you've filled out the online form, you will receive an email with a claim number for your lost item.
If you've lost an item at a Walt Disney World Resort hotel, contact the specific resort Lobby Concierge for assistance.

If you lose something on Disney's Magical Express, if the item has been lost for less than 30 minutes, call (866) 599-0951. If the item was lost over 30 minutes ago, call Mears Transportation Group at (407) 423-5566.

Precious items (such as wallets, purses, credit cards, prescription glasses, and cameras) will be held for 90 days.

Items of lesser value (such as sunglasses, hats, toys, and clothes) are held for 30 days.

If you have already submitted an online claim for a lost item and have a question, you can contact Lost and Found at (407) 824-4245. Guests under 18 must have parental or guardian permission to call.

  • Student Expectations

Students are expected to follow the Student Code of Conduct at all times. As we are traveling a great distance, we will also expect student to follow additional regulations for safety and accountability.
    Student Expectations
  • The Student Code of Conduct is always in effect:

The Christina School District Student Manual defines these expectations and can be found here:  STUDENT MANUAL

    2023 Orlando Adventure Student Expectations:

    1. Students are to abide by their chaperones at all times. What chaperones and staff say goes. Respect the time and energy staff, boosters, and chaperones have put forth in planning and attending this trip. They are the leaders of this expedition, and their instincts and instructions are to be respected.  Not doing so could result in a loss of free time.
    2. No students are to leave Chaperoned boundaries. Certain days are dedicated to particular Parks. When you go to a Park with your chaperone group, that is your Park until the party leaves. You can access free shuttle services between the resort, parks, and more. However, students will only utilize these services with a chaperone's knowledge and authorization. Accessing areas without permission could result in losing free time or being sent home.
    3. Students will meet all curfews, check-ins, and meeting times. Period. If you do not have time to ride an attraction before the upcoming check-in, do not decide to get in line. Failure to meet curfews and check-ins will result in losing free time.
Students will travel in groups no smaller than four at all times. Stay with your group, and keep your group from leaving without you. It's teamwork. Your group members must be nearby* to be considered part of your group. Plan which attractions you wish to ride and maximize your time by choosing student groups that want to do similar things as you. Avoid waiting two hours for others to stand in line for something you don't wish to ride. Those found in groups smaller than four will result in losing free time.
    4. Once "Lights Out" has occurred, hotel room doors will remain closed until the wake-up call the following day. No one may enter late or leave early (medical emergencies excluded, of course). We will know if you open your door even slightly. Those caught sneaking out will lose free time or be sent home.
    5. You are responsible for maintaining your cell phone at all times. This expectation means keeping a charge, hearing your ringtone, and having it on your person at all times. Work with others to solve any issues that may arise.
    6. No extreme displays of affection, publicly or privately, will be tolerated on this trip. You are not at home - you are representing Newark. Too many reminders may result in loss of free time or separation.
    7. No alcoholic beverages, vape pens, illegal substances, or marijuana-related products are permitted during this trip. Mr. Archer WILL immediately send students found in possession of these items home. All student belongings, bags, and pockets are subject to search and seizure once brought onto school property. Faculty may look through your things before or while loading the bus. Items in pockets are to adhere to the same policy.  Your signature on this registration gives us permission to search and seize any contraband. Mr. Archer will only accept your reservation on this trip if consent to search is granted.
    8. All payments related to any student requiring removal early from the trip are the responsibility of the parent/guardian. Mr. Archer will find the fastest means of travel home.
    9. Mr. Archer appreciates his time in the Parks as the rest of you. Your loss of free time means his loss of free time. You don't want to make Mr. Archer lose his free time. You will regret it. Please do not do anything to embarrass or bring negative attention to our program, school, state, or family.

By signing this registration, my parents/guardians and I agree that we have read through the itinerary associated with the 2023 Orlando Adventure. We understand that we will be traveling by Coach Bus down and back and that students must travel with the group at all times. My parents/guardians and I read and agreed to the rules of the trip. We understand that the School Code of Conduct is always in effect. We have joined the Remind group for this trip, completed the Medical Form, and submitted the most up-to-date contact information for the student, parents/guardians, and secondary emergency contact. We understand this is a school sponsored event, but not a school funded trip. Therefore, I will participate in fundraisers and be prepared to pay in full by March 17th, utilizing the current payment plan.
