Tuition Assistance Overview
What is it?
Goodwin Living Tuition Assistance is made available through the generosity of donors to the Goodwin Living Foundation. Residents, family members, friends, and other colleagues donate to this fund in gratitude for the Goodwin Living community.
Goodwin Living Tuition Assistance covers tuition costs and all related fees (parking, books, student fees, etc.) that exceed amounts already covered by Pell Grants or other grants and subject to eligible maximum amounts per fiscal year. Additionally, the program also supports team members pursuing their social work license by assisting with clinical supervision fees, if Goodwin Living is not able to provide supervision in-house with our licensed staff.
Am I eligible?
- Applicants must be full-time or part-time team members and have worked a minimum of six months at Goodwin Living and actively enrolled in the class(es) that Tuition Assistance is applied for, within the current calendar year, to be eligible to receive Tuition Assistance.
- Applicants must be in good standing. Team members who have received written warnings during the past year of employment may not be eligible for tuition assistance. Excessive absenteeism and tardiness may result in denial of tuition assistance. Applicants who have given written or verbal notice of resignation are not eligible.
