    Invite your closest friends & family members or create a unique work team experience & learn all the tips on how to make an aesthetically pleasing charcuterie board!

     

    You and your guests will be provided with the materials needed to make the perfect charcuterie board from start to finish. Discuss how to choose and slice different cheeses, learn different meat folding techniques, how to perfectly pair your cheese, and so much more!

    Smorgesboards will show up early to get everything prepared and set up for your guests while you sit back and enjoy the process & learn the skills you need to create the ultimate charcuterie board for any event under the guidance of owner of Smorgesboards, Iasia Borges.

     

    Each participant's admission includes:

    • Step by Step guidance for creating the perfect board
    • Personalized notebook for note taking
    • 10" round palm leaf plate
    • Fresh Ingredients including Fine Cheeses, meats, fruit, nuts & other accompaniments
    • Everything you need in order to make your board, including knives & cutting boards

      Class Time: 1-2 Hours

      Location: The comfort of your own home!

      Individual Participation Fee: $100.00

     

    Please note:

    Please note that the workshop host will be responsible for providing a location, attendees and tables/countertop for their guests.

    ​Minimum number of 8 guests required. Don’t have 8, no problem! Just pay the difference.

    Private Workshops can be held at someone’s home, office, or any event space they choose. Tables/countertops for guests/charcuterie instructor must be provided. Inquire for table rentals if none can be provided by host.

    Payment is due once invoice in received. Invoice will be sent to your email with payment instructions. Your workshop is only reserved once deposit has been paid. Please allow up to 24hrs to receive an invoice. Once workshop date has been confirmed, you will receive a link to pass on to your guests in order to get information such as name, food allergies, charcuterie experience, etc.

      50% deposit required in order to complete booking. The remaining is due on day of workshop. Host is responsible for total invoice amount. 

      Any cancellations made prior to 72 hours of class start time will result in a credit for future use. No refunds or credits will be issued if cancelling within the 72 hours of your booked time and date.
