    Thank you for showing interest and allowing A Dazzle Of Travel to help plan your vacation. I am excited to plan your perfect trip! Please fill out this online request in its entirety. This form is designed to effectively quote your package and ensure you have the best deals. Please allow 3-4 business days for a response. During this time 2 separate quotes will be sent for your desired vacation based on the information you have provided.

    Please note; there will be an administrative fee of $50.00 per reservation. The $50.00 will be refundable if a vacation package is booked by A Dazzle Of Travel. Clients who book their vacation AND complete will be refunded 30 days prior to the departure of their booked trip. In the event, you decide you no longer want to use the services of A Dazzle Of Travel, the $50.00 is then NON-REFUNDABLE. There are no exceptions. The $50.00 will then become a service fee for the time invested in researching your trip.

    The administrative fee must be received via CashApp ($tchartley87) or Apple Phone: Apple Pay (251-487-0529) before we can proceed with any travel services. Once the $50.00 fee has been confirmed, we will send a confirmation within 3-4 business days followed by travel quotes. To secure the quoted price, most vendors require a deposit or sometimes full payment at the time of price quote. Being "deposit ready" at the time of price quote will ensure the desired vacation budget is achieved. After the quote has been agreed upon, all payment information will be required to process payment to the vendor.

     Once prices are quoted and confirmed, and you are ready to proceed with the purchase, a Credit Card Authorization Form will be sent requesting authorization to process payment. Please note that completed travel inquiries are valid for up to 2 weeks. If additional or changed quotes are needed past that time frame, another form will be required with applicable administrative fees and all fees paid prior will be NON-REFUNDABLE, no exceptions.
